Can Older Mobile Home Air Conditioning Have Sealed Disconnects At The Evaporator?

I need to remove an old Coleman evaporator to deal with a leaking drip pan. It has huge disconnects that look similar to self-seal condenser ones I last encountered in the early 80s.
